Congratulations to Ron "Skinny" MacVinnie who received the 2009 Officials Award of Merit from the OUA.

L.F.O.A Members:

Please be advise that the C.F.O.A and Football Canada is preparing to review the 2010 rulebook and are interested in proposed rule clarifications, additions, edits.

Please submit your ideas, in writing, to Ron MacVinnie and they will be discussed by the L.F.O.A Executive for consideration to forward them on. Individuals are not permitted to submit rule changes to Football Canada.
